Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. All our luxury pieces are shipped fully insured via our trusted premium partners: DHL or UPS.

Delivery & Returns FAQ

Q1: Can I cancel my order if it is taking too long?

A: You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the item has shipped. Because our team moves quickly to authenticate and dispatch your item, once the package is handed over to DHL or UPS, the order cannot be cancelled while in transit.

Q2: What happens if I miss the delivery or refuse the package?

A: Due to the high value of our items, a direct signature is required. If you miss the delivery, DHL/UPS will attempt to redeliver. Please do not refuse the package. Refusing a delivery is considered an unauthorized return, and you will be held 100% responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and potential restocking fees.

Q3: Can I return the bag if I don’t like it once it arrives?

A: No. To protect the integrity of our luxury inventory, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or minor wear already disclosed in the product description. Please review your item carefully before purchasing.

Q4: How do I initiate a return if I suspect the item is not authentic?

A: Authenticity is our core promise. If a recognized, independent luxury authentication service proves the item is inauthentic, we will issue a full refund and cover all return shipping costs. You must email contact@limonelux.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery to initiate this specific claim. Do not return the item without our written email authorization.

Q5: My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

A: Every Limone Lux package requires a signature and is 100% insured. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with family members or building reception first. If it is still missing, email us immediately at contact@limonelux.com so we can open an urgent investigation with the carrier.
