Welcome to Limone Lux. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Limone Lux website (limonelux.com) and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Disclaimer: Limone Lux is an independent luxury reseller. We are not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any of the luxury brands mentioned or sold on our platform. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

1. General Conditions & Account Responsibility

Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly sell products to minors.
Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

Trust is the cornerstone of Limone Lux. We are committed to a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

Double-Authentication Process: Every item sold on our platform undergoes a rigorous inspection combining advanced AI Authentication technology and thorough physical examination by our in-house luxury experts.
Certificates: Applicable items will be shipped with a physical or digital certificate of authenticity / Limone guarantee card.
Money-Back Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that a recognized third-party authentication service proves an item purchased from us is inauthentic, we will bear full responsibility, cover all return shipping costs, and issue a 100% refund (Valid within 14 days of delivery).

3. Product Descriptions & Condition Grading

We sell pre-owned luxury items. While we strive to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, please note that pre-owned items naturally show signs of age. We use the following grading system:

Never Worn / Like New: The item has no signs of wear, no scratches, and has never undergone any professional spa or maintenance treatments.
Very Good: The item shows only slight signs of use and minor wear that do not affect its overall aesthetic or normal function.
Good Condition: The item has noticeable signs of wear (such as scratches or leather rubbing) OR has undergone professional maintenance (such as professional leather spa, color touch-ups, or hardware polishing).

By purchasing, you acknowledge the pre-owned nature of the goods and accept the condition as described.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept major Credit Cards and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of checkout. We currently do not support installment plans or layaway.
EU Customers: For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), all applicable VAT, taxes, and duties are covered by Limone Lux. The price at checkout is final.
Non-EU Customers: For international orders outside the EU, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

5. Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped.
All Sales Final After Shipping: Once a package is dispatched, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse, wrong size). Returns are strictly limited to verified authenticity claims within the 14-day window.

All content on the Limone Lux website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Limone Lux and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limone Lux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
